Seamless buying experience We walked into the dealership and was quickly greeted. My husband and I had just seen a new Stinger, so we wanted to explore owning one further. The dealership had just what we wanted, a GT 2 in red, which was my first choice. Brian, Ali and Chase, formed a great team with whom we worked. Our entire buying experience was handled efficiently and friendly. Our car we traded was valued very fairly, so we bought our new Stinger. The dealership facility is open and all the staff very congenial. So in a couple of hours we were driving our new Stinger. This certainly was a refreshing buying experience. We stopped by a few days later to drop off the manual to the car we had traded. Once again we were treated wonderfully. I will certainly be telling friends and family in the car market about Southwest Kia Round Rock. More

The Service I Expected My wife's Kia Optima needed a higher level of service, e.g. a transmission fluid/filter change, TSB inspection, new tires, induction cleaning, and mor My wife's Kia Optima needed a higher level of service, e.g. a transmission fluid/filter change, TSB inspection, new tires, induction cleaning, and more. Scheduling was easy over the phone and the service was prompt. Zeke was prompt and courteous to let me know what the status of the car was while being serviced. The shuttle took me to work and picked me up from work without issue. Overall, a fantastic service experience and I hope they can keep up the standard they have established with me.
