I went in and got a great deal. I was browsing online at vehicles and one of their sales team members reached out to me. Initially, I was doubtful that they could help me with what I I was browsing online at vehicles and one of their sales team members reached out to me. Initially, I was doubtful that they could help me with what I wanted, but I reluctantly gave in and agreed to meet with them. One week later and I am happy to say that I am glad I went in and talked with the team. They were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the down payment I wanted. All around, the entire team came together to help me. I am over the moon happy with everything. Thank you Southwest Kia Round Rock! More

Cool! Walked in and asked for a Spanish speaking Sales Rep. Mr. Fidel Martinez approached us with a handshake and a smile. He escorted us to his cubicle and Walked in and asked for a Spanish speaking Sales Rep. Mr. Fidel Martinez approached us with a handshake and a smile. He escorted us to his cubicle and off we went. He spoke with my wife and he showed us the Sportage and Sorrento and tried to get us where we needed to be financially but this just didn't work. So, finally, he and I met and he showed me something a bit closer to our needs but they just didn't make it. So I finally asked to see the Chevy Cruz and off we went. Mr. Fidel never showed any signs of frustration after several hours of car searching. He maintained his professional appearance and demeanor and was great to work with. 5 Stars all the way around. In the end, we didn't get what we wanted, to no fault of Mr. Fidel; we had a very strict budget. However, Mr. Fidel and we closed on the 2017 Chevy Cruz and we left that with the car. I have approached Mr. Fidel with one issue on the car and he asked me to return as soon as I can to get the issue looked at and repaired. Mr. Fidel was great to work with and really did try to get my wife in the vehicle she wanted. A great pleasure working with Mr. Fidel. More
