Service Center Staff I'm a long time Kia fan. This is my second Soul and I have never had a bad service experience with sales or service. I bought both Kia's at the Ande I'm a long time Kia fan. This is my second Soul and I have never had a bad service experience with sales or service. I bought both Kia's at the Anderson Mill location and moved to Jarrell last year. I decided to try the Round Rock location and will continue to take my car to them for service in the future. The Anderson Mill service staff have always been wonderful; however, the Round Rock service team has just been incredible. I've had two oil changes with them and I have literally been met in the service bay drop off area upon arrival. My car has always been ready on time and the staff continuously check on me. I can't remember the name of the young man that helped on my last oil change, and feel free to look in my records for his name, he was outstanding. I recently had a mystery noise from under my dashboard. I was in Taylor when the sound started and called the Round Rock Service Department. They told me to bring the car in and started looking at it immediately when I arrived. I waited for my car for a little over an hour, but Jamie Mace went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. The Kia mechanic found the issue, and as bizarre as the issue was, Jamie was incredibly helpful and understanding. In short there was nothing wrong with my car and a foreign object had become lodged under the steering column. Jamie even gave me her contact number in case I had any problems getting to work (in South Austin) when I left the dealership. Many thanks to the Round Rock Service Department team for the professionalism and outstanding customer service. More

I was worried about the outcome of my pligh but Zeke helped me find an affordable, temporary solution since I lived so far away. I really felt like they were helping me with what was best for me, and not what was in the best interest for them. Says a lot about the way they see their customers.
