I would of bought the car that day if it weren't for the fact the car was smoked in, which would of been nice to know before since I drove about an hour and fifteen minutes to look at the car. They told me that I could buy that car as is that day for 20k out the door price. I don't have any experience with getting smoke smell out of car so I really was on the fence about buying it. The salesman asked what price I would like to buy the car for and I said I would like to pay 19500 out the door price. I left with the salesman saying he was going to try to get that price for me. On Tuesday I received a text saying the lowest price they could give me was “19900 OTD”. They did get a lot of the smell out of the car and I felt that was a good price to buy the car. After work Wednesday I made the hour and fifteen drive in the rain with my wife and kids expecting to drive home with the car at the price they told me. I get there only for them to tell me they made a mistake and would not sell it to me at that price. It really is unbelievable how the Southwest Kia dealerships treat their customers. I bought a car from Southwest Kia just 8 months before and can not believe how dishonest and unorganized they are. Beware of this place. More

My salesman got him some snacks and took him to the playroom and helped me keep my sanity through the deal. 4 hours in and out! No sales pressure. He listened to what my family’s needs were and offered some suggestions and let me go from there answering all my questions as they came up. Finance manager was very polite and patient, especially with my son and his play-doh! Overall great experience, I’d definitely recommend this dealership. I drove 7 hours to get a great deal and they didn’t disappoint! More

First Visit This was my first visit to the KIA Service ever as I have owned Hyundai's for the last 10+ years. I want to commend Sean Marks and John Scurlock, the This was my first visit to the KIA Service ever as I have owned Hyundai's for the last 10+ years. I want to commend Sean Marks and John Scurlock, the Service Manager. They both took the time with me to explain everything about the first service. When I had a concern about a potential steering issue, KIA verified that everything was within the specs but then John Scurlock took the extra step and drive the vehicle with me. He showed me how the car will follow the contours of the road but also reassured me that any future issues, if found and verified, would be covered under warranty. I thought that this was way better than most of the service that I received from Hyundai over the years. But let me get back to Sean. He took his time to listen, when I asked for something additional, he took care of it promptly and even gave me an estimate time of completion. Excellent service by Sean and a credit to the leadership of John Scurlock for a customer oriented service center. Thank you More

John is amazing! John the service manager went above and beyond for my appointment. He made sure I understood the warranty process when I dropped off the car, which wa John the service manager went above and beyond for my appointment. He made sure I understood the warranty process when I dropped off the car, which was honestly a mystery before that. He was courteous and very professional. I needed to use the shuttle service before it technically starts at 8:15 I think he said, and got me a ride to work at like 7:30 I’m the morning. I’m a teacher, so being late itsnt an option! Hahah. He kept me update throughout the day via text and checked in the see if I need the shuttle service back. When I got back to Kia he explained that the Catalytic Convertor my Soul has murdered was under warranty, explained about the upcoming O2 sensors that usually go out, and everything I needed to know. The car was cleaned, which was awesome. All in all I had the perfect experience and John made that happen! I would recommended this service center to anyone! More

We went in only for a test drive but our sales person, Dylan, was so amazing we wanted to at least check numbers before we left as we know we wanted to buy from him. In the end they made a fantastic deal on leasing we couldnt pass up but at no point in the process did it feel like your typical, high pressure, painful car buying experience. I highly recommend Southwest Kia of Round Rock and if you want a sales person that isnt your typical type, ask for Dylan. More
