Cheating a young customer and loyal parents My daughter bought her first ever car from Round Rock Kia in October 2016. Please note that we have bought 4 other Kia’s from the same lot over the y My daughter bought her first ever car from Round Rock Kia in October 2016. Please note that we have bought 4 other Kia’s from the same lot over the years, this makes #5, 3 of them new vehicles. She has been diligent and prompt with all her payments, never missed one, never had an issue. She has kept up with all her maintenance and everything. She decided that this year, at the end of November or so that she was going to trade it in. She went back to Round Rock Kia and she asked them about trading in her car for something newer. She was taking it BACK to the same place that she bought it from. Once she was there, they checked everything out and then asked her if she had been in a wreck. She answered no, not at all and then asked why. They told her that the CarFax report showed that in APRIL 2018 it started reporting that there had been an accident with the car. She found out later that said accident was IN APRIL 2016!!! That is 7 months before she even purchased it!!!! So they then told her that this was going to decrease the value of the trade, BY ALMOST $5000!!!! She’s been paying interest on this car and the extra amount that it was sold to her for since she bought the car!!! When asked what they would do about this because it wasn’t disclosed to her when she bought the car, the dealership told her that there was nothing they could do, it’s between her and CarFax. So if she wanted to trade in the car, she has to pay more or get a co-signer. We emailed CarFax, and they won’t do anything about it either. She was told by CarFax that she can go through a third party, or back to the dealership, or check with the DMV of our state!!! So here is a young girl who bought this car from their lot, which shouldn’t have even been sold in the first place, and they won’t even take the car back in trade, or make it right. I guess being a 5 Kia family doesn’t mean anything to such a “family oriented business”. Think twice about getting your next car from them!!!! We are now FORMER LOYAL CUSTOMERS! More

Extremely Customer Oriented I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Joe Perez and the Kia team were very good at working to try to win our business. They were not pushy as some salesman are and once we made our decision to buy, it was probably within an hour of us signing the paperwork and were heading home. From my initial phone call to inquire about the car to my final signing, the purchase process was the best I've ever experienced. Steve Wheeler, the salaried sales associate, who took care of me was extremely helpful and I was not subjected to any aggressive sales tactics when it came to reviewing warranty options which can be stressful at most dealers. When I picked up the car the following day, it had a full tank of gas and had been beautifully detailed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
