Atif Malik completed the “paper work” for us electronically. He also was knowledgeable about the model we bought. Southwest Kia in Round Rock, Texas is a great place to purchase a vehicle. All employees were very cordial. Highly recommend this dealership. We purchased a 2019 Kia Stinger. Above and beyond Kia has really stepped up their game, and I highly recommend this dealership. These guys went above and beyond all around, especially Bruce (General Kia has really stepped up their game, and I highly recommend this dealership. These guys went above and beyond all around, especially Bruce (General Manager)...and as the GM, he sets the culture and tone for the whole dealership. He was super transparent and helpful during the entire multi-month engagement. I ordered a new Telluride the week they hit the lot, but it took a while to get due to production ramp hiccups. While waiting, my car got totaled and rental ran out, so Bruce put me in a brand new Sorento for a month. He then honored verbal pricing despite my configuration selling for significantly more due to supply/demand imbalance while they ramp production. FYI, I see some negative comments from folks about this premium...but all dealerships with desirable vehicles + supply/demand imbalance charge market rates...i.e. over MSRP...because people will pay it (a.k.a. capitalism). He also asked Atif in finance to take care of me, who was super nice, detailed, and transparent...and gave me great deals on some of the extra policies. Go see these guys for your next vehicle...you won't be disappointed. More

Great experience I had inquired on the internet about a Kia sportage, a car I had wanted for a long time. I was upside down in the lease I had and my credit had taken I had inquired on the internet about a Kia sportage, a car I had wanted for a long time. I was upside down in the lease I had and my credit had taken some recent hits, so I was not at all confident they could help me. When I got there, Fidel already had the Sportage ready for a test drive and recommended a soul as well. I drove both and still wanted the sportage. Just a couple of hours later, I was driving out with the Sportage. Fidel and the finance guy, Aaron were wonderful! They listened to what I wanted and helped find a payment I could live with.
