Kia Dealership in Killeen is alot nicer. My oil change was 64.00 dollars because I had 2 free oil changes in the past and now I had to cover the cost of the 2 free oil changes. They cancelle My oil change was 64.00 dollars because I had 2 free oil changes in the past and now I had to cover the cost of the 2 free oil changes. They cancelled the 2 remaining free oil changes I had left and could not tell me why. I mentioned the noise my steering column was making and they did not have time to look at it. Has anyone noticed if you do not like the price of a recommended service or if you do not have the time, they put "customer refused" on your receipt? I will find another place for my oil changes, tire rotations and other "recommended services". I will not pay someone to be rude to me. More
Great Used Car Buying Experience I had been without a car for almost 2 years and was worried that I wasn't going to be able to get the car of my liking once I had save up enough money I had been without a car for almost 2 years and was worried that I wasn't going to be able to get the car of my liking once I had save up enough money to buy. I looked at several cars in the market and something just felt kind of off about them. When I first came to Southwest Kia, I was discouraged, the salesman that I had just felt like he was rushing me. Cars aren't cheap, and being without a car for so long I didn't feel like my presence was valued. I hesitated to come back. I looked up a few more of my car. I was pretty dead set on getting a Honda Fit, and I mean no disrespect to the Kia brand when I say that, but either the mileage was too high, or something felt off about the test drive. With my 2015 Used Honda Fit that wasn't the case. I had to go back. But if going back meant I had to talk with the same guy....I wasn't sure it was worth it. After words of encouragement from my friends and family I went back to the dealership and asked to speak with another salesman. His strategy wasn't working with me. I spoke with Fidel and he was pleasant, patient, and understanding. Car buying is a headache even at the best dealerships, but I felt satisfied with my second test drive and bough the car. The car was cleaned, and presented to me after the financing office. The financing wasn't too bad, but the programs that they use need an update, because it glitched out at some point and I had to start from the beginning. It was a mostly pleasant experience, and I appreciate that I wasn't given a lot of obvious bs lies some dealers are known for. I know a handful of people in the car market, I'll definitely recommend this place, and recommend Fidel as their salesman. More
I decided to try and go purchase a new car. I went into Kia and told them what I wanted, and what I wanted my monthly payments to look like. The sales consultant Nicole made me feel welcomed and comfortable, but she also went out of her way to make everything happen the way I wanted it to! I was so happy and excited with how everything turned out, and she was there to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Her customer service is great, and that night I walked out with my 2020 Kia Rio! :) I will be coming back to her! More
