Excellent Service Representative A shout out to Sean Knox and his attention to service and detail. He recommended only what the car needed and willing to work out the discounts. When I picked up the car, he noticed that the department who washed the car , missed a section in the back, he ran to get a rag and cleaned the spot and also proceeded to wash the floor boards as well. He bends over backwards to ensure that you are happy with your service before you leave. job well done. Also, kudos to John Scurlock, the manager of the department. John always takes the time to visit with me when I stop in even though he is also very busy with work. I appreciate his management of the department and time he takes with when a customer visits with him. Job well done.. More

Never have had a bad experience Jamie was my service rep. She had a smile on her face from the time I walked in the door until the moment I was walked back out to my car to leave. Ve Jamie was my service rep. She had a smile on her face from the time I walked in the door until the moment I was walked back out to my car to leave. Very pleasant and kept me up to date on the amount of addt'l time above the estimated wait time would take. My only complaint was not with Jamie as she deserved 5 stars but was with the young man who checked me out when I went to pay. I am assuming it was not his normal job or he was new in the position. He seemed very confused with my paperwork and had me totally confused and asking questions before I signed off on the completed service, Unfortunetly, I did not get his name! More
