I had a very bad experience buying a car at this dealer. Especially the finance manager name Kenneth. He was added bunch of stuff in my paper work like extend warranty and the theft system without notice or Especially the finance manager name Kenneth. I just realized that until I went home, sat down and read each paper carefully. I was about to bring all that things up to him on the next day. Luckily, the car had problem and I was able to cancel purchasing the vehilcle to get rid of it. After 2 weeks since the purchase was cancelled, they even did not call me to give my down payment back. I had to call the bank which I financed with to make sure the loan was closed. Overall, I had very bad experience and will come to the dealer tomorrow ask for my down payment back. More
