After a not so satisfying trip to Renton Kia, I drove to Puyallup with my trade-in car. I drove home with a new Kia Soul and I've been very pleased ever since. Zach and Justin helped with all the obstacles Puyallup with my trade-in car. I drove home with a new Kia Soul and I've been very pleased ever since. I really don't like coming to places like this and I seriously drive 20 minutes out of the way just to come to this dealership. I have a Kia dealership right by my house, but can't stand the service department one bit! Keegan Williams is by far one of the greatest employees and your company is very luck to have him! But it's not just Keegan either it's pretty much the whole service department! My only problem is the wait time lol but who can't say that right :) More
Whenever I make a service appointment, I am scheduled within the week. When I arrive I am helped promptly by the friendlies staff. My problem was my tire pressure. The tires should be 32, they were 24. My tires had recently been rotated so pressure should have been checked. I love this dealership! They allowed me to bring my dog into the waiting room and everyone was stumbling over her. Also they made a quote over the phone to replace something and it took much longer than th into the waiting room and everyone was stumbling over her. Also they made a quote over the phone to replace something and it took much longer than they expected. They stuck to their quote and offered no rebutle or ask that the cost be split. What a great way to begin a NEW relationship.Tammy is kind, repectful and she and that entire staff in service is AMAZING. I will be going back .. Thank you Thank you !!! I have had my Kia for over 4 years and have not and will not have it serviced anywhere else. The staff are friendly, the quality of advice and workmanship is outstanding. My experience from the purchase to my new Kia Sportage last May to the service department has been outstanding! I also take advantage of the free car washes and the great deals on other services (ie. oil last May to the service department has been outstanding! I also take advantage of the free car washes and the great deals on other services (ie. oil changes) and have to say that the Service department guys are the most pleasant and professional group of people that I have ever encountered in any service department. The guys, I think one of them is Aaron, who wash and vaccuum my car always do a super job! Thanks for taking good care of me! More
I came in for an appt to service my Kia Sportage. I was getting an oil change. So nothing fancy. I always go in on Saturdays but this time I got a Friday morning appt. Even though I was second in line, the getting an oil change. So nothing fancy. I always go in on Saturdays but this time I got a Friday morning appt. Even though I was second in line, the lady behind the counter practically ignored me. She helped another person ahead of me, who had come in after me. I finally had to butt in to ask for help. She said she would be right with me and to have a seat. 30 mins later, when she appeared to be free. I went back to desk. She then filled out my paper work. She never smiled, she never apologized for the wait. Dont get me wrong, I love the service people at Kia of Puyallup. I will just never go there on a Friday again. I know the guys who work there behind the desk on the weekends. and they are always friendly and helpful. back to Saturdays for me. More
