After being "approached" by many sales reps, and laughing at the few that actually ran, panting after their sprint to reach us first, we met up with Steve at Kia. He was friendly, attentive, and took the time to ask what our needs were and helped us narrow down the best deal he could offer us on the lot. The experience with the other dealers talking on their phone while simply pointing at vehicles got rather annoying. Once we had narrowed things down to a few choices, Steve helped us through the purchasing process and we were able to walk away that evening with what we felt was a great deal on a car. There were some minor issues with the vehicle that needed to be taken care of, and he was prompt in his follow up and follow through to ensure things were taken care of, even though the sale was done. Buying a car from someone like Steve made it an enjoyable experience and I would recommend him for anyone's next vehicle purchase. More

We originally went back to the dealership were we purchased our 1st Sorento. However, after 2 hours of going back and forth we left without a car. The next day we headed down to Kia of Puyallup after seeing a Sorento on-line. We met up with Drew who was very knowledgeable about the car and we entered in to a conversation right away with her. We ended up driving our new (used) 2014 Sorento off the lot that night. Although negiotiating the price on a car is never "fun", Drew continued to be positive even though we went back and forth several times with the "decision maker" behind the door.
