Friendly, attentive, and worth the trip Visited a slew of dealerships at the Wallup at Puyallup sale. After being "approached" by many sales reps, and laughing at the few that actually ran, Visited a slew of dealerships at the Wallup at Puyallup sale. After being "approached" by many sales reps, and laughing at the few that actually ran, panting after their sprint to reach us first, we met up with Steve at Kia. He was friendly, attentive, and took the time to ask what our needs were and helped us narrow down the best deal he could offer us on the lot. The experience with the other dealers talking on their phone while simply pointing at vehicles got rather annoying. Once we had narrowed things down to a few choices, Steve helped us through the purchasing process and we were able to walk away that evening with what we felt was a great deal on a car. There were some minor issues with the vehicle that needed to be taken care of, and he was prompt in his follow up and follow through to ensure things were taken care of, even though the sale was done. Buying a car from someone like Steve made it an enjoyable experience and I would recommend him for anyone's next vehicle purchase. More

He was able to have a few cars for me to look at when I came to the dealership. He was very mindful of my time.
