Quite simply, they put our expectations extremely high and were disappointed with the other dealerships we went to. Bob was our salesman and he was absolutely awesome. We took about 3 weeks to buy the car and he was always in consistent communication with us but we never felt pressured or unhappy about him calling. We expressed our interest in other vehicles, he encouraged we find the right fit, even if it wasn't the Soul (or even a Kia.) Nevertheless, we are extremely happy with our purchase and made it a point to buy through Bob. Thanks again! More

During this long process, he was helpful, but not pushy like some of the sales staff at other dealerships. That's what earned our trust in Chris and in Kia of Puyallup. The final purchase required him to dash to another dealer to get the exact car we were looking for! And, as frosting on the cake, there was absolutely no sales pressure from the finance department.
