Ask for Don! I started my used car search about 6 months ago. Don, was wonderful the first time we stopped in 6 months ago. He did everything he could to get the numbers to work where I needed them. He was honest with me and urged me not to settle for something that I didn't like, even if it would mean I would have to leave without something right then (when I have had other places try to push me into something I really didn't like). I tried looking a couple other places in between but no one was ever as friendly or helpful as Don. When I came in again, everything worked out perfectly. The numbers fit and Don was again upfront and honest about everything with me. He made the whole experience so much less stressful than I am used to it being. Don seemed just as happy as me to be able to get me into a car that I love. I will recommend not only Kia of Puyallup, but specifically Don to everyone that will listen. Thank you again, Don! More

When I called to thank him for taking care of us on our visit and that we had found a different make car to buy he thanked us and asked that we would consider Kia the next time. The only reason we didn't buy a Kia was the interior color we were looking for wasn't available in the model we wanted. Used Car Purchase After searching the internet and finding the used Honda I wanted to purchase located at Kia of Puyallup, I visited them for a test drive. The salesman After searching the internet and finding the used Honda I wanted to purchase located at Kia of Puyallup, I visited them for a test drive. The salesman on duty was Marc Urbano, and from the get-go Marc was professional, but not high-pressure. Marc answered all my questions, took my daughter and I on a test drive and, once I decided to purchase made the negotiation process very easy and low-stress. I was able to negotiate a price lower then the interest list price fairly quickly. As an older single woman buying a used car I felt comfortable, listened to and respected. Once I moved on to the Finance Dept. Tyler was also very professional, organized, and low-key. All the paperwork was already prepared, Tyler explained each paper to be signed, and when he offered me additional options to purchase they were listed side-by-side for an easy new payment comparison. For the items I declined Tyler simply replied, "OK" and again, I felt no pressure to purchase something I didn't want or need. I would definitely recommend a friend to this dealership or return when I need another vehicle. More
