Rich was wonderful, honest, and realized rather quickly, I could take it or leave it on buying a vehicle. I am used to a pushy or annoying saleperson and was very happy to see him take a step back and listen to my questions and conerns. This car was a present for my wife and Rich never broke stride in understanding and helping me get the right vehicle for the amount of money I was wanting to spend. Ask for Don! I started my used car search about 6 months ago. Don, was wonderful the first time we stopped in 6 months ago. He did everything he could to get the n I started my used car search about 6 months ago. Don, was wonderful the first time we stopped in 6 months ago. He did everything he could to get the numbers to work where I needed them. He was honest with me and urged me not to settle for something that I didn't like, even if it would mean I would have to leave without something right then (when I have had other places try to push me into something I really didn't like). I tried looking a couple other places in between but no one was ever as friendly or helpful as Don. When I came in again, everything worked out perfectly. The numbers fit and Don was again upfront and honest about everything with me. He made the whole experience so much less stressful than I am used to it being. Don seemed just as happy as me to be able to get me into a car that I love. I will recommend not only Kia of Puyallup, but specifically Don to everyone that will listen. Thank you again, Don! More
