I was little nervous going into the apt, because I knew I wasn't ready to buy that day, but Steve was FANTASTIC. He was friendly and informative. He allowed me to look around with ease and ask all the questions I needed. Leaving the dealership I knew that I wanted to buy from this dealership. I came back on Sunday and Steve met me at the door, along with Don McAndrew, Steve was busy at the time so Don took over. The transition between salesmen was seamless and both gentleman were fantastic. Don was informative and again allowed me to take my time,, ask as many questions as I needed. He was was professional and personable at the same time. I can't tell you how happy I was for my first car purchase and what I thought was going to be difficult experience turned out to to be easy and fun. I will recommend not only Kia of Puyallup to anyone who asks but specifically these two gentleman!! The credit department was very courteous and help to get me the best financing package available. The payment was cheaper than what I was quoted, including gap insurance. I was not looking to get gap insurance but now I am happy I did. More

Recently the staff made sure I made it safely back to the dealership when a downed power line sent me on a reroute that i wasnot familiar with. They got on the net and checked maps, figured out where I was and made sure I knew the route to the dealership. A big deal in stormy weather. Rich Purdy helped us find a lovely model which we were sold on after driving only a few blocks! Gratefully, he did not put the hard sell on us while we pondered it overnight. We came back the next day and Rich & Jake helped us secure the deal/terms we wanted. Just picked up our plates last night and still SO happy with our entire dealership experience and our awesome brand new Soul! More

The gal who helped her 5 years ago...Susan was promoted to managament, So we were introduced to Rich Purdy...who was FANTASTIC. He was courteous and please nt to deal with....not pushy in the least...we took our old Soul in for service @ 65k and while I was dealing with that my lady came back and said I want u to come see the new Soul.....neither of us had planned on purchasing. ...but when Sharon asked Rich to run the numbers he showed us the worst case senario if we planned on purchasing. .after we discussed it and I knew she wanted it I said OK......BEST DEAL EVER...saved us 5 points and gave us more for our trade...it was a no brainer...and the soul has come miles in 5 years with the ride and the metal and the sound but it's like driving high end car for the ride...Kidd you not...I have a Mercedes and the new Soul rides just as nice. Excellent customer service and Rich walked us through car head to toe and set EVERYTHING up....Blu tooth...Evo (kia version of on star. ..but free for life). Awesome we will be back again.....and again and again!!!!! More
