My husband tells her that if she had a used Kia Soul at around 10K with decent miles, we might be interested. She cheerfully checked for us and sure enough there was one. She took great care showing us all of the great features of the car and we felt she was very honest with us. We didn't feel any pressure from her. Ryan in finance was also able to get us a great rate. He was very friendly. Actually everyone was that we dealt with that day and we walked away very satisfied customers. More

There was a special going on at the kia of puyallup, which was a bit of a drive for us, but we wanted to get the most for our Mini Cooper as a trade in. So we made the trek to Puyallup. We met Scott Clyburn as we entered the dealership, and felt at ease right away. He was honest, friendly, no pressure, and seemed to have our best interest at heart. He was a very likable guy. No schmoozing. We ended up purchasing a Kia Optima, which I loved. It was a wonderful experience. All around. Fast forward 2.5 years and we were expecting our second child. So we wanted a bigger vehicle. We again drove to Kia of puyallup and requested Scott Clyburn. The only day we could go down was his day off and if I remember correctly, he may have even been on staycation, but he still went out of his way to come in and answer our questions. We ended up turning in our optima and purchasing a sorento. My advice, ask for Scott! More

I called him to see what they had available used.....made an appointment to see him with the wife and went in about 7:30 pm. I finally asked him what it would take to get a new Kia, it took him a matter of moments to find the car with what we wanted, on the lot, ready to go. Negotiating was a breeze, we got a great deal right from the start without the dreaded hassle. We did not finish paperwork till late, but they all stayed to complete everything that evening, Said goodbye to the old, and drove off in the new, and could not have been happier with the car he got us, and the great customer service they provided. Disneyland may be the best place on Earth, but Scott makes Kia of Puyallup the greatest place on earth to buy a car. Well done........... Randy n Jenny White More
