Michelle Bartz was totally responsive to any concerns, made me feel at ease, found solutions to any issues (and there were a few), and maintained a wonderfully kind and patient demeanor throughout the whole experience (and trust me, I was not an easy customer in any way). The most amazing part of the experience was after the deal was done, something came up and we had to go back to the drawing board and again, Michelle went above and beyond any reasonable expectation to figure out a good solution for us. She even washed our car after service was closed. Tyler Speir was awesome in finance as well. An AMAZING experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Michelle and this dealership enough. More
