From the word go, the experience was fabulous. Don McAndrew had contacted my husband to say they had just taken one in. Don was going to be out the next day but said to ask for Rich Purdy and he'd be happy to help us out. Rich was great! There was no hassle, questions or pressure to buy new - he knew what we wanted and helped us achieve that. He even took the time to review the instrument panel with me before I left the lot - something he didn't have to do with a used car. By far the best car buying experience we have had.
