Made my year! I was stuck in the worst kind of ride situation. Car in bad shape, upside down on the loan, and unsure if I had any options for relief. I was browsing the KIA website to see what my trade in value might be, and Joe G. contacted me within minutes to see if I had any questions. We set up an appointment that day. Joe had told me everything I needed to bring so there was no fuss with that, and even with no down payment and a huge negative balance on my previous loan, I was still able to leave a couple hours later in a brand new Rio. And to add icing to the cake, Tyler in financing busted his hump to get me a freaking AWESOME interest rate, and my payments are lower, yes LOWER, than they were on my old loan. It's ridiculous. To think I never would have gone in that day if Joe hadn't called to answer my questions. Thanks, Joe! Thanks, Tyler! I'll recommend the heck out of you guys! More

Each of them asked us what we were looking for and about what our pric We went into Kia of Puyallup after visiting a couple of other car dealerships. Each of them asked us what we were looking for and about what our price range was, which I usually do not like. The first two dealerships tried to get us to go over budget and buy things that did not meet at least one of the criteria we were looking for. We had a very different experience at Kia. We were immediately shown the Sedona which met all of the criteria and it was under our budget by a lot. This was a no pressure sell. We loved the Sedona and decided to buy. We were financed within an hour. Most salespeople are out of the picture after they sell to you, but ours came out to the car with us after financing was done. He programed my blue tooth to the car, helped me to set the radio stations and showed me what every single button did. He also showed us how to take advantage of our free car washes for life and our maintenance package that we purchased. Our sales guy followed up with a couple of phone calls the following week to make sure we were still satisfied and to see if we had any questions. We have already taken our first road trip in the van and it was awesome. This is the first time we have not had even an ounce of buyer’s remorse! More
