Awesome Customer Service! I had previously owned a KIA Sportage (which I purchased in Puyallup) and I had a pretty good idea what I wanted when I walked into the dealership. T I had previously owned a KIA Sportage (which I purchased in Puyallup) and I had a pretty good idea what I wanted when I walked into the dealership. These guys made it so easy. Kia of Puyallup has a large selection of vehicles so I was able to purchase what I really wanted. Rich was great to work with, and he and Ryan put together a package for me that was satisfying and affordable. I will only deal with KIA of Puyallup in the future. Ricky made the whole car buying process really simple, and everyone was very courteous despite working late. We found the perfect car, and bought it. The price was much lower than we had seen advertised elsewhere for similar models and with very low miles. We didn't end up leaving the dealership until 2 hours after closing, and are very appreciative for their help. More

We were ready to trade in and decided to see what Kia of Puyallup had to offer. We were approached by Erin Johnson not long after we got there, and from the start she set a tone of no pressure, skilled, excellent customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable not only about the cars she showed us, but also about the company; you could tell she was very passionate about her job and believed in the product she was selling! She made us feel at home, and was very honest and straight forward about everything. Once we decided on what we wanted, Ryan in financing took care of the rest and made the process quick and easy! We ended up driving away in our new vehicle very happy. We highly recommend not only Kia's, but working with Kia of Puyallup, especially Erin! More

Love this dealership I bought my 2nd Kia from Kia of Puyallup last week. Chris Cole was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Even though I was trading in a newer mod I bought my 2nd Kia from Kia of Puyallup last week. Chris Cole was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Even though I was trading in a newer model and knew most of the Kia features, Chris made sure I knew how everything worked on my Sorento before I left the lot. I've already given his business card out to friends who are looking for new cars as well. Tyler in finance was fast, pleasant, and didn't throw any surprises at me. He even made sure I was credited for the maintenance packages I had purchased a year prior for my previous vehicle, and transferred them to my new vehicle loan. More

We first went in 2010 so looked for a car for my fiance at time. He need a car because he is car was rear end and it was old car that couldnt be fixed. Rich was the first person we meet there. He showed us some cars. We really liked the 2009 kia rio. We end up buying it. In 2011 a month after we got married we decide to trade in my 2005 car I had at time. Rich help us get a 2010 kia optima. I loved the car. 6 monthes later we in to get are oil change on are cars we ran in to Rich. While we waited to get are cars down we looked at a 2012 red kia rio. We werent looking for a car at the time. But we realized we need a safer car. So we trade the 2010 rio for the 2012 rio. In 2013 my husband and I wanted to get a better gas milage car. We went in to Rich to looked at 2013 cars. We end up getting a white 2013 kis rio. We leased it. This passed Saturday went in to looked for a blue car. I really wanted a blue car. So we trade my white car in for a 2014 kia forte. I loved this car. So Rich has be awsome sales person each time. I would recommed him to friends and family/. More
