It was such a pleasure to deal with Rich; answering all our questions, taking us for a test drive, and not an ounce of pushy. In fact he actually encouraged us to think about it overnight and come back the following day if we decided to buy. We did and are so glad we did! We were helped by Ryan Mirante in financing which also gave us great customer service! The whole process from start to finish was painless and enjoyable. Friendly and Personable! From the start Jake was very personable and friendly. I was at the end of my lease, and needed to make a decision. My budget on a medically retired stipend is very challenging, So I had some definite ideas about what I could pay for the features I needed... Jake worked very hard to make it happen for me! Even after all the paperwork was done, and I had left the building.. (I had returned a few hours later because I was having trouble pairing my phone to blue tooth) When I came in Jake was with some other customers, and even another salesman had offered to help me. (I am sorry I cannot remember your name, but thank you! ) Jake made himself available to help me anyway! That unexpected courtesy made me feel more important than just a sale!. Thanks Jake More
