I went to Kia of Puyallup on a Sunday afternoon with moderate intention of buying a vehicle. We left, drove the other car and and then my ladies insisted we go back and drive the Sorento. No comparison! We worked with Rich Purdy who was awesome, patient, knowledgeable and straightforward. The finance associate was also great (sorry, don't recall the name) and since I had trouble unlocking my credit, he still made the deal happen. We drove the Sorento home that day and finished the details the following day. I bought my "Retirement Car" and couldn't be happier with the quality and service I invested in. More

Over the 25+ years my wife and I have been together we've bought a lot of vehicles. Consequently, we've dealt with a lot of dealerships and a lot of sales people. Most of them have been a test of our endurance, "I wonder how bad it's going to be this time around". KIA of Puyallup, and our salesman Marvin Spencer, were a wonderful deviation from that norm. I had spoken to Marvin on the phone before we arrived and he made sure he was there to greet us when we arrived. He attentively listened to all of our requests, answered all of our questions and found us a new Seltos that my wife (it's her car) absolutely loves. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with the entire transaction and took the extra time to go through all the features of the car with her. He even contacted us several days after the sale to make sure we were still completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Marvin, and KIA of Puyallup in general, to anyone looking for a vehicle and a great sales experience. More
