I started off by using the car buying service that gave my information to 3 dealerships. All of the emails I received where clearly a Kia email because they all were worded exactly the same except for Chris' email. His email was individualized and he had attached a car that he thought met my needs. This is why I chose to test drive the Forte and the Soul with him. I still planned to visit the other 2 dealerships but Chris' personable, no pressure approach definitely won me over. His commitment to providing me great customer service also resulted in additional Kia bonuses that I was unaware that I qualified for. The double warranty from Kia of Puyallup sealed the deal and I never did visit any other dealership. I bought a Kia Forte with 0% interest and we love it! More

Great Agent and Facility We were looking for a used Honda cr-v they had in their dealership. We met Bob Paul and thought he would be the same as other, regular car salesman. H We were looking for a used Honda cr-v they had in their dealership. We met Bob Paul and thought he would be the same as other, regular car salesman. However, he is quite the opposite. He made our experience as comfortable as possible and was never pushy about purchasing the vehicle. He was also wonderful to our kids as opposed to a regular salesman. He made sure we were left satisfied and happy with our purchase. The facility is very accommodating especially for children. They have a kid's room in which the children can play with the Ipads and socialize. They also have a snack machine and free drink dispenser that includes hot chocolate and coffee. The car was cleaned inside and outside before we purchased it. They gave us a free, first oil change for the car, whenever we would need it. If we could purchase many cars we would definitely go here! :) Would recommend when buying a new or used vehicle! Thank you Bob and Kia of Puyallup for the great experience! More

Fast, Easy, Straightforward buying experience. I started my search for a kia soul, looked at kia of Renton ( DO NOT RECOMMEND) lied to get me in said that i qualified though bank. Larry from interment sales said to come and fish the details of paperwork and i would be in and out. (4+ hours later) i left after an emotional rollercoaster without the car i was told that i was qualified for and disappointed from there unprofessional lies and deceit. Doing some extensive research and going Kia of puyallup. I did not know that buying a car could go so smoothly and painless. Rich Purdy was patient, kind, and helpful. The entire process took under two hours and i was amazed with there knowledge of the cars they sell. I purchased the Kia Soul 2016. This is a fabulous fun little car. I have come to the conclusion that any future purchases will be made from kia of puyallup. Exclusive, 20 year, 20,000 mile warranty (double regular warranty.) Amazingly friendly staff, worked around my schedule, and the little things, ( washed, full top off of gas, paired my iPhone to bluetooth and even helped set up some start up radio stations that i would like.) We told him we were shopping, and there was no pressure to sign a contract immediately. He made the purchasing experience very pleasant, which was much appreciated. We drove several different models as he sat in the back to answer questions. There's not lots of room in the back for someone his size, but Chris climbed in without complaint. (he's at least 6') He said it was more room than the previous model, which was too small for him, and this model actually fit. We came back a week later after our research was complete, and made the purchase. Love driving it. Turbo running regular gas, sporty drive yet comfortable, 34 MPG, and looks great. We purchased my wife's Optima from the same dealer, and will certainly return. More
