My sales professional, Ron Topp, was just that, courteous and professional. The price on my used Ford Fusion was fair and the finance team didn't try to get me to take more than I wanted. The transaction took place inside a couple hours, which is FAST compared to my priors, and I didn't feel like I needed a shower afterwards, as there were no slimy tactics or shenanigans. I highly recommend this dealership and their excellent staff, I will buy from them again! More

First off, Chris Coles, our salesperson, is the perfect example of what a salesperson should be: honest, he provides all pertinent information and he makes you feel very comfortable while shopping for a vehicle. He presents himself with no pressure, which is the one attribute that any salesperson would have as a negative skill!!! Chris is the main reason that we came back to KIA of Puyallup as we purchased our 2015 KIA Optima from him just over a year ago. If that doesn’t tell someone that you have trust and are very satisfied with previous purchasing experiences, we don’t know what would!!! We again got a pleasant experience and a wonderful vehicle that we are very pleased with. I just bought a 2017 Sorento and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, Joe Goodwin, was the first salesman I've ever meet that truly loved what he was doing. His knowledge of the Sorento was excellent and after 5 minutes I knew this was the car I wanted. The test drive locked this feeling in. Although short the test drive demonstrated all the unique features of this car. I would rate this a 5 star experience and will recommend Joe to my friends and family. More
