No Pressure, Fantastic Service We went in to Kia of Puyallup after researching the 2016 Kia Soul to possibly add to our family as a second vehicle. We met with Don McAndrew, who wor We went in to Kia of Puyallup after researching the 2016 Kia Soul to possibly add to our family as a second vehicle. We met with Don McAndrew, who worked with us to get some basic information and let us see one of the vehicles even though he had a customer on the way. We took a bit of his time, but he was quite helpful and friendly, making an effort to get to know us. We left that day with no commitments to him, but he kept in touch over the next few weeks to check in with our buying decision. He was friendly, and put absolutely no pressure on us to buy, except to remind us that the holiday sales event would be ending. Once we figured out the financial moves we had to make on our end, we returned to Puyallup and met with Don to discuss the deal. He took me on a great, short test drive that let me stretch the Soul's legs a bit and test out the different handling options, which showed a knowledge of local roads and what I'd be looking for in a test drive. We got back to the dealership and made the decision to lease. It took a bit of time to get in to the Finance representative's office, and a bit of time to get all the paperwork ready, but once it was it was a snap to get through everything and walk out with keys in hand. Don made a point of showing us the (closed at the time) service department, and explain the follow-ups that they would make for some of our added options, and then Don took the time to show my wife how to use the features of her new car, as well as taking the time to properly connect her phone to the car's bluetooth. Having never leased, and never pursued a NEW car, I'd been concerned about high-pressure sales techniques and "required" add-ons that would drive our price well through the roof. I was ready to walk away at the first sign of any of those things, but instead we brought home a wonderful base-model Soul for the next 3 years. Not only would I recommend someone visit Kia of Puyallup, but I have referred Don to one of my neighbors to help her get a new or leased car. More
