Bought a 2023 Kia Soul. That was my 2nd choice car going in behind the Forte but they were all sold out. Had Desean as the salesman. Chill guy. I was very unimpressed with the sales team - I live in the Portland area and have been looking for a hard-to-find Telluride. I hate it when you inquire about a vehicle and then are bombarded by multiple p the Portland area and have been looking for a hard-to-find Telluride. I hate it when you inquire about a vehicle and then are bombarded by multiple people from the dealership - in this case it was first Austin and then Harper. I responded to every request - but Austin was not receiving my responses to his email(s). Finally figured that out and moved to text communication. A coupe of vehicles came available - Austin would text me - and I would tell him the vehicle would not work for me. Then he texted me that one was available that I was interested in. I promptly responded my interest - and asked a few other questions - like how much out the door? He then responded, "oh crap - you're from out-of-state? - Our owner won't sell any cars out of state." Thanks for wasting my time - this would have been REALLY EASY to ascertain at the beginning of the process. After all this - I get a canned email from the sales manager thanking me for considering them and giving them an opportunity..... Again - thanks for wasting my time. More
Working with Desean Drayton was the most positive car buying experience I have had over many years. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to my internet reques buying experience I have had over many years. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to my internet request. At the dealership he patiently answered my questions about the car and after the test drive he helped with the paperwork. He was never pushy but quite the opposite. Desean was helpful in guiding me through the process and even called the next week to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any questions. I am very happy with my car, the process, and highly recommend Kia of Puyallup. More

I was very impressed with my visit to Kia of Puyallup. I had originally made contact with Sara Brown via a text message to verify that they had hybrids in stock. She reached out to me right away and we set up an appointment to meet at the dealership. We met, she showed me the models I was looking for, described the features and differences and made it so easy. The process was very efficient. I then met with Jason on the financing piece. He made sure that I got the best rate possible. I didn't have to deal with the old fashioned 'negotiations.....with the paper and pencil. They have all of the options listed out for you on a tablet and you choose the add on's you want and as you make the changes, the monthly payment options are adjusted. It was really nice not to have that back and forth between finance and the sales person. Made it so much easier. Thank you Sara and Jason for making this a pleasant experience. More
First of all we ordered our Sorento back in late February and we finally picked it up mid-September . During this time, Sara was very good at touching base on a regular basis to status us on the timeline whi and we finally picked it up mid-September . The wait was not a hardship for us as we had been driving a perfectly good car in the meantime. We've had our Sorento for 5 days and so far, and we couldn't be happier. The car is very easy, and comfortable to drive. The various interior systems are very well laid out, and the infotainment system is very intuitive. The actual purchase and financing was pretty straight-forward and painless and didn't take over 3-hours to complete. This also included making appointments for oil change, and chip guard and ordering floor mats. Everyone I met was friendly and very easy going. Sara took us through all of the proceedings with calm efficiency and patience. Chris, the guy who handled our financing, was equally amazing in explaining all of the warranty/service add-one.
