They even had a employee owned model I could drive which was great since they are so scarce. I fell in love with it and my wife did the next day. Scott went above and beyond in terms of communications throughout the ordering process and was a pleasure to work with. Jason in finance was also great, super efficient and had our best interest in mind. I'd sum up the experience by saying it didn't feel like I was buying a car! More

Cheated out of rebate gift card, non responsive after sale I bought a new car on the day before Thanksgiving but could not drive the car home that day because I was alone and had driven my existing car to the I bought a new car on the day before Thanksgiving but could not drive the car home that day because I was alone and had driven my existing car to the dealership. I worked out a deal, but the salesperson insisted that I take delivery of the car that day "or the deal would not be considered complete until 'black Friday.'" She did not want that to happen because it was bad for the dealership somehow. I said I would do my best and eventually was able to return to the dealership that night with my wife to get my car. I got an email from the dealership the same evening that I bought the car. When I clicked the dealership link, I was directed to the dealership's ad showing a $200 gift card if I took delivery on black Friday. The salesperson did not tell me about the gift card and instead insisted that I take delivery literally a few business hours before black Friday so that I would miss out on the gift card. I later emailed the dealership three times over three days before I finally got a response to my request for the gift card. The dealership refused my request, even though I took delivery only a few business hours too early for the black Friday gift card. And even then, I only took delivery because the salesperson insisted and never even told me about the gift card offer. That was very unfortunate. This dealership has lost a customer for life. They could have simply given me the gift card when I asked, but even after I expressed my displeasure, they refused. That was not only very dishonest of them, but it was also very stingy. I paid good money for a car and would have been fairly happy if they had simply extended the courtesy of giving me the gift card in light of these circumstances and the salesperson's insistence that I take the car earlier than I wanted. More

Chris Simpson was very friendly and helpful and he made sure that we were going to walk out of the dealership with the right car and be happy about the purchase. He was not overly aggressive like most car sales rep and he listened to everything that we said about what we wanted and most of all he gave us a great deal. We are very happy with our car and we most definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

New Sedona and Sportage! Let me start off by saying "I hate car shopping!" but since my car was totaled, I had too. I'm not sure if Rich was the lucky one or if we were. (Kind Let me start off by saying "I hate car shopping!" but since my car was totaled, I had too. I'm not sure if Rich was the lucky one or if we were. (Kinda think we were!) When it comes to owning a car, I want what I want. Let me also state, I am NOT a minivan driver. But because I have a home daycare, I need one. I pulled out my list of everything I wanted in the Sedona. Rich searched high and low and found the perfect Sedona for me....for not being a minivan driver, I love it. Rich went above and beyond getting me my Sedona. He was hilarious and made my buying experience amazing. He was so good, that my husband also bought a 2020 Sportage. He gave my husband the same attention to detail that he gave me. I highly recommend Rich Purdy, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Rich! More
