Kayden was very pleasant and addressed all our concerns in a professional, knowledgeable manner. We never felt rushed or pressured. We did not intend to buy, lease or turn in out Optima at this time. Kayden listened to my concerns and explained what options were available. He took the time to break down and present the best price offers to fit our budget.
