I took my 2014 Kia Sorento in for service at Kia of Orange Park. I wanted four new tires installed and one rim replaced. During at least two phone calls I told the Service Advisor I wanted one of the Orange Park. I wanted four new tires installed and one rim replaced. During at least two phone calls I told the Service Advisor I wanted one of the tires being remove to be placed on the rim that was being replaced. I was less than satisfied with service for several reasons: 1) They would not honor the tire priced on their web site. The tires were advertised $193.88 and if you bought three, the fourth one was a $1.00 for a total of $599.54 fully installed. Bryan told me they wouldn’t honor the web price because it was wrong. A reputable dealer would have honored the price since it was on their web site and their mistake. 2) When the order was first placed, the service writer added and oil & filter change, something I had not asked for. I caught that and told him to take it off as the oil had been changed recently. 3) When I picked up my vehicle one of the tires they had removed was in back of the vehicle, but not the rim. They had to take it back to the shop and put the tire on the rim. 4) Of the four tires the installed, only had a valve stem cap on it. Again, back to the shop to complete the work. For any future work I will have it done at the same place I have my Chevy truck serviced. Added Oct 21, 2020: Kia of Orange park gave me a partial refund for which I respect them. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. More

It started with the vehicle I selected online was yellow, pictures I received was a granite colored vehicle and red one. With further inquiries the vehicle wasn’t even at the dealership, it was in SC. I went in person to start the process and was told that the vehicle would arrive at the end of the week and it was Monday. Friday came around no calls from anyone after I called was told Saturday, Saturday afternoon comes around no calls again so I call them and was told it would be there by the GM and that he would personally give me a call because I was starting to feel uneasy about this process so he sent me window sticker of vehicle and 1 picture. 8pm rolls around no calls from anyone, I email the GM and voice my concerns and he nonchalant says if you want we can cancel the purchase. I’ve never heard of a GM not caring and automatically offering to cancel a purchase vs finding a way to appease a customer... ie here’s a loaner vehicle/we’ll give you 2free oil changes as we have a service center/2 free in-house detailing something. Anyone of these would have helped. I finally got a call from the used vehicle manager Alexis, great attitude very apologetic and made things right. I’ve taken it in for a couple of things that needed to be fixed and here we go again....also I made contact with Michelle Whidden, the person replying to all these reviews and last I heard from her was 8/31/20. I guess this is a Morgan Auto Group norm....no communication or miscommunication. So my vehicle has been with them for another 5 days and all I continuously get is we’re trying to get some information we will give you a call back........... So I’ve purchased a vehicle with a 45 day payment deferral and the dealership has had the vehicle more than I have. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles prior to this and I’ve never seen/experienced this. I’m starting to feel as if the 5star ratings are from employees or family of employees. More

My sales person was Darryl Carter senior. I have special needs because I am a caregiver for my mother. I got my car there and i wouldn’t take it any other place to get it serviced. Ashley McLaughlin is the only person in service there that i deal with, if she is not there i will leave and come back when she i to get it serviced. Poor sales leadership. I contacted Kia of orange park about my interest in a Kia 3 days ago. I was contacted by Alexis a sales manager who seemed nice enough. He was initial I contacted Kia of orange park about my interest in a Kia 3 days ago. I was contacted by Alexis a sales manager who seemed nice enough. He was initially trying to get my into a kia sportage but we decided to try for a kia Sorrento because it has the 3rd row seat. The last time I heard from him was 13JULY2020 at 9am when he said he was going to call the bank to figure out financing and I haven't heard from him since. I have emailed him, left voice mails and called many times but he refused to answer the phone when I call. I have since been approved for a Kia Sorrento at dealer near Orlando and will be going there tomorrow to pick it up. I didn't think it was possible for a sales team leader let alone a manager to give up a sale lead when I was ready to buy. When a customer has to call a car salesman to try and get updates on progress for financing and never get a response then that's when you move on and don't recommend that dealer to others. So ill be driving a new kia tomorrow and it took the sales team in Orlando only 1 hour to get me approved and ready for paper signing and pickup. Ill never recommend Kia of orange park to anyone. Darryl was beyond helpful with this whole process. I didn’t even have to tell him what I needed. He observed me and my girls as we looked at cars and picked the perfect vehicle!
