This is my second time buying from KIA of Orange Park (KooP), Ive dealt with other dealers in the past but the level of attention and profes ... This is my second time buying from KIA of Orange Park (KooP), Ive dealt with other dealers in the past but the level of attention and professionalism that KoOP provides is an absolute blessing. I am not that close to this location to come to the dealership in person, where Sarah M. went above and beyond is meeting me at half the distance to make sure I get my new car. She did not have to do this but I really appreciate a place where people dont make you feel like just a customer but as a part of an extended family. She contacted me a few days later to make sure I was happy with the purchase and answer any questions. fast forward 2 years and my mileage was up but i wasnt done with the lease payments and i contacted her again, she was able to work her magic and get me on a 2023 model and once again she did not need to but met me halfway to make things easier. Im a proud second time KIA owner and I know her ambitions and motivations will take her places. I spoke with Walter Lipinski and he told me I wasn't leaving without a vehicle. I had purchased my first vehicle with cash off a used car lot. My first vehicle was recently totaled by a driver who was reaching for her phone and ran the stop sign and T-boned my vehicle by the gas tank. I wasn't looking for a vehicle until this happened. I had lost all hope until I walked in to Kia of Orange Park with my mom. Walter was amazing and made sure I left there happy. I now have my first new car ever and first time ever making payments. SERVICE VISIT

On9/4/2010 I received a phone call to bring my 2011 sorento in for recall service.A appointment was made for 9/15 am on 9/6/10.I arrived at the dealership at 8/45 for my 9/15 appointment.The sevice wri sorento in for recall service.A appointment was made for 9/15 am on 9/6/10.I arrived at the dealership at 8/45 for my 9/15 appointment.The sevice writter checked me in and said it would take 1 and a half hours.At 10/30 I looked in the parking area and saw that my car had not been put in work.When I spoke to the service writter She said to many customers had been given appointments and some mechanics were not available.I informed Mr Daniel Sullivan of the situation and got my car back and left.If this going to be service after the sale I am in big trouble.I have not received a call as of yet from Kia of orange park.Daniel Given@904/215/3348 More
