He never pressured us, and truly acted like he wanted to make sure we got my mother in law the best deal he could. He never once acted as if he was out to make the biggest commission he could off us, he acted like a friend not a everyday sales person. Because of the wonderful deal and service Walter gave us my mother in law came down that very same day and bought a car. I cannot express enough how wonderful this dealership is. In needing to repair my credit, we were hesitant to apply for a car at a dealership. We were expecting to HAVE to go to a Buy Here/Pay Here place and get ripped off. Not only of our situation of less than perfect credit, I have never had to go through the buying process. My dad was a dealer and I only ever had to just go sign the paperwork for a new car. Now that he has passed on, the thought of having to do this without him sent me into a panic attack. We took a chance, applied online and found a new dealership family. Mason and Irina greeted me immediately and there was never any sugar-coating! They listened to all concerns (and life story), knew my apprehension, were never judgmental and communicated through the whole process. I would have given them 5 stars even if they had come back and told me there was nothing they could do for us. Now we are owners of a 2013 Kia Forte and are paying less than we would have at a BH/PH place for an older vehicle with extremely high mileage. And the warranty doesn't hurt either! This was our first visit to a Kia dealership. We were just pricing vehicles and loved the Kia Sorento but it was not in our monthly price range.
