This was the worst experience with lies, and dishonesty 2/23/2022. I emailed Mr. Kelton Power about my budget and he stated that he could fit me into a car (best part he called me to verify I was coming in 2/23/2022. I emailed Mr. Kelton Power about my budget and he stated that he could fit me into a car (best part he called me to verify I was coming in) and they had many cars according to him and the sales person Will Marks (lies), I was shown a Forte 2019 over my budget which I questioned the sales person about the car he stated "the manager stated this was in your budget" (lies). Then it went to we dont have many used cars or I can show you a Nissan thats dirty (poor quality and customer service) I left feeling these guys are baiting and switching on customers, I was being taking advantage of, lied to and scammed. They pulled my credit, which I was find with that scam, until they saw I qualified for more. Credit vs the customers needs is whats missing with the manager, which leads to dishonesty and poor customer service. Please be honest and fair and dont waste people time. When I left Mr. Kelton/manager did not come to address me he walked out the door and looked the other way (typical of a person misleading customers). This dealership use to have honest people, because I purchased a car many years ago from OP/Kia off Blanding in Jax/Fla. Now, hagglers and lies - maybe it's women that they mistreat, because I felt they were pulling a fast one with incorrect numbers quoted (did add up). Thankfully, I am not in a rush and was able to walk away from the scam. Women please beware and do your research and know your rights! More
A sales rep calls me in regards to application I submitted for financing. Immediately he tells me I need a cosigner due to the fact that my credit is showing open car loan. I explained this loan was submitted for financing. Immediately he tells me I need a cosigner due to the fact that my credit is showing open car loan. I explained this loan was paid off over 90 days ago and I have a zero lien letter showing zero balance. He continued to say the bank will not accept it and will want a cosigner. I understand that based on his experience these s might be the case. He did did not give me any type of confidence that he was there to help me, he did not even offer that discuss with manager. Another thing is these vouchers you guys are announcing on line are very misleading. Better training on how to address customers would be greatly appreciated 👍 More

I arrived at my scheduled appointment yesterday and was approached by someone who I thought was one of your service representative. His name was Darius and he and his team convinced me that I should have my windshield replaced. They went through the trouble of calling my insurance and scheduling my windshield to replaced. Afterwards, Tyler (who actually works for you) approached me and asked if I was being helped. I told him that Darius was already helping me. It was at that moment Tyler should have informed me that Darius DID NOT work for Kia Orange Park. Tyler lead me to believe that he was part of the team. This is the most DEVIOUS scam I have been tricked into. Would you allow your mother, sister, daughter, or any loved one to be scammed so fraudulently? I can't even fathom the amount of folks that fell into this deceitful trap. Have you NO DECENCY? I, wholeheartedly, placed my trust in you and your folks. I depend on your expertise and professional advise when it comes to my vehicle. SHAME ON YOU FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN!! Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere. More
