Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I applied online through Kia Motor Finance as a returning customer. The next morning, Kelton called me to tell me I was approved and to talk about the car I w online through Kia Motor Finance as a returning customer. Right after our call, I had pictures of the car from all angles, including inside, and a video walk around. I told them that was the car I wanted! Kelton set it aside and we scheduled a time for me to come in. I sent in my insurance card and my license and waited until my appointment time. I showed up, and Darryl greeted me at my car, took me over to my new car, and we did a test drive. Darryl made sure I competely understood how to work my new car before I left the lot. Total time in and out, including financing where I got a two tier upgrade, was 1.5 hours. This morning, I got a call from Darryl where he sang happy birthday to me, because I had mentioned I was buying my new car as a birthday present to myself (my birthday was the next day).
