I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia of Orange Park. However I find that I wish I had gone elsewhere. They tried to sell me a bunch of worthless add ons that I did not need or want. My car was hit by an employee while it was parked waiting to get serviced. Alex was the service representative that I spoke with and told me that they will fix it free of charge of course. However I’ve been unsuccessful getting in contact with him to set up a day to get it fixed. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages. I’ve had issues with my car and service department since I purchased the car last august. I wouldn’t recommend Kia to anyone. The cars are horrible and the customer service/ service members suck. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ so it doesn't happen to you!!! WE worked on a 25 Sorrento and decided on an EX-Hybrid. I text the sales rep the window sticker on the trade, couple of pics as well as the sales sheet from another dealer showing the number they put on the trade and just needed them to match it as my wife didn't like the color so there would be no issues or confusion on the trade or the finance number we needed to be at. We got to agreeable finance numbers and since it was such an aggressive deal they didn't want to send a sales sheet with the breakdown so it couldn't be shopped to other dealers so we agreed it would be sent after we were approved. I submitted my credit app which was a hard pull on my credit and they sent the sheet which was SIGNED by the manager. I looked it over and noticed they had the wrong trade on the sheet, so I immediately made them aware and after they corrected the error, they told me that they couldn't put the needed number on the trade so sorry deal was off we were way too far apart. I have several questions the first how do you make that mistake on the trade when I again text the window sticker, pics and the sale sheet from the other dealer to the sales rep??? Second how do you appraise the wrong vehicle when the sticker and pics should have been forwarded ASAP to whoever handles the trade appraisals??? Last question I am a manager and handle contracts all day and have one to two members of my mgmt team look over to make sure there are no errors which is a simple fail-safe method. I can't express the disappointment in how this was handled and no attempt to make it right so BE VERY CAREFUL/CAUTIOUS when you work with this dealer!!! More

My wife had her 2019 Kia Soul towed there the end of Dec. 2023. She finally got her vehical back today 4/13/2024. Alex was her Service Advisor. This Fiasco starts with her being told her gas was contamina 2023. She finally got her vehical back today 4/13/2024. Alex was her Service Advisor. This Fiasco starts with her being told her gas was contaminated with desiel and repairs not covered by warranty coverage. She went thru the efforts to get 3 gas tests done for contaminates. Murphy Oil, Fl. Dept. of Ag. and our auto ins. co. All 3 tests came back with the same result--No Contaminates found. So, back to Kia she went with the results. Eventually warranty repairs were authorized and the engine was replaced with a Recon. engine. Thru out all this time frame My wife called the dealership and Alex a number of times for updates ,with no response. No calls from them to keep her updated on repair progress. She had to be very persistant with her calls to them. Bottom line here is-If their mechanic had done their job properly to begin with we wouldn't have had to wait almost 4 months to get her car back. Secondly, "Customer Service" ,to us, was terrible. Any further service to her Kia will be done at 1 of the other 2 dealers in the area. More
I was referred to the dealership by a good friend and was treated with the utmost respect. The entire experience from the picking a used car, trading in our current vehicle, and going through Financing was treated with the utmost respect. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and excellent customer service throughout the entire process. We will be buying more vehicles from Sarah. :) More

Very untrustworthy staff. I am completely unsatisfied with the purchase. And they don’t care! I came with what I wanted and was willing to wait on it if it wasn’t in stock.
