Bought my last car at KIA Of Old Say brook. I live in NH and drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. I searched from Texas to Maine and all in between. They had the best price of all. When my Wife and I got there , we met Jay and were shown 2 seats and we never let those seats except to take it for a test drive and to speak to Dan the Fiance Manager. It was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Got great car, great trade in price and we drove it ho,e that night. Never left our chairs but 2 times. Jay followed up next day and the day after to make sure everything was ok.. It was well worth the drive. More

In 7 years I had purchased 3 NEW vehicles from this dealership. NEVER AGAIN. The last purchase was the 2020 Kia Stinger GT2 (probably one of Kia’s most expensive cars) On that same day I traded in my 2 dealership. NEVER AGAIN. The last purchase was the 2020 Kia Stinger GT2 (probably one of Kia’s most expensive cars) On that same day I traded in my 2018 stinger which had aftermarket wheels on it. In speaking with the salesman we agreed to get back the factory wheels ASAP to swap back off the vehicle. For a couple days I chased down where the traded in vehicle was so I could retrieve my wheels. Finally I got my salesman on the phone where he proceeded to tell me the owners son took an immediate liking to the car and bought it. I told him I wanted the wheels off it immediately because of both mileage being put on them or damage being done to the wheels. He assured me that if anything had happened to them that the dealership would take responsibility. LIES!!! When I got the wheels back(about a week later) the first wheel observed had fresh curb rash. The salesman was dejected and agreed with me that the damage was fresh. I was livid! He said send me specifics on the wheel (picture and cost) only to be responded with, when we did an inspection that damage was there. I took videos and pictures (as did the salesman) to show the fresh damage. The dealership lost my business over their lies and $500. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! There are several other KIA dealerships locally who I’ve told the story to and they weren’t suprised. Go elsewher!!! More

All the stereotypes of car salesman went out the window with this car dealership. Kudos to Jared our salesman, who only being a car salesman for 3 weeks, managed to make the car buying experience a pleasure. No high-pressure sales tactics here. I would highly recommend Kia of Saybrook. Five stars! More

I had a appointment to see a certain vehicle at a certain time. When i arrived to see the vehicle, Bill the salesman was not aware i was coming. He then went inside and came out with another salesman informed me they just sold that vehicle. They didn't even ask if i wanted to see another vehicle, they just let me walk away.
