This dealer is not to be trusted. They switched out the purchase order as we were sitting down to sign the papers. I did not realize there were a number of items not on the original which included vin etching and paint paint protection. None of these items were done to my car. They rushed me through the signing and I later noticed they charged me that were not being even on the car. I had to have several phone conversations and later contacted my attorney. When they realized that was what I was doing they issued a check for Over$ 1,300. My sales person clearly needs additional training on the EV6 because there was a number of features and items of he was wrong about or did not know. They also promised me items after the sale was complete which they reneged on. Very poor customer service! Currently I have had to file a complaint with the better business bureau, the CT AG and KIA corporate. Overall a very poor experienced More
