My experience in purchasing a new vehicle was the best I have ever had. I have purchased many new and used cars since the early 1960s. John Lombardi was our sales person. He was very attentive, answered all our questions related to vehicle and financing, including Kia program options. John made sure we test drove the car and understood choices we had re options/colors. He was very patient and did not push us to buy. After we did chose to buy he efficiently got all the paperwork together and covered all questions we had. John also arranged for the time to pick up our new car and was there to great us. John took the time to show us the Dealership including the service area and service manager. Service Manager was very helpful, explaining the first services needed and who to call if something went wrong. I will buy my next car at the dealership. More
