Horrible experience John, my salesman was the only good thing about this dealership. I was looking for a specific 2015 Sorento. They said they found one for me, the day I John, my salesman was the only good thing about this dealership. I was looking for a specific 2015 Sorento. They said they found one for me, the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle they said the dealership delivered the "wrong one." The next time they said they found my vehicle and was going to be delivered, again, the car was not at Kia dealership because the new vehicle they were getting me in Long Island wouldn't start. This whole process has been a nightmare! I finally got the vehicle I wanted and bought my Sorento on 12/8/14, they still have NOT paid my old vehicle off and the payment is late and could risk going to the credit reporter. I've called several times to rectify issue and no one calls me back or I get the run-around. I'm disgusted and won't use Kia of Old Saybrook again. John, the salesman was perfect though:) More

Great 1st experience purchasing a vehicle at a dealership! I have been on a search for a pre-owned Kia for my daughter. After spending a frustrating day at a dealership in Long Island, I went back on online an I have been on a search for a pre-owned Kia for my daughter. After spending a frustrating day at a dealership in Long Island, I went back on online and found Kia Mazda of Old Saybrook. I made an inquiry at approx. 8pm on a Friday. About 1/2 hr. later I received a an email from Kat. After a couple of emails, I gave her a call about 9pm expecting to leave a message. She received the call and I informed her that I was very interested in the Kia Soul that they had inventory. I informed her that I needed it at a certain price before I was going to make the 90 mile trip from the Bronx. To my shock she returned the call within 15 minutes to inform me that my price was met. I was sold by a professional salesman in John Coons who was very courteous, helpful and made the process an extremely smooth one. Dan was very professional in administering the finance details. My daughter is very happy with the car therefore, so am I!! When I am in the market again for a car they will be my first call!! More

John has worked with each of us and gave us great customer service, whether it's making sure we get the best car for each of us or walking us over to service to have a problem resolved. When we had an issue with the first car we leased, John made sure the problem was solved and when he realized that the problem was not going to be resolved to,our satisfaction, he helped us get out of that lease and into a new one. We have found John trustworthy and feel that he has our best interests at heart. We wouldn't go anyplace else to buy or lease a car because of John Lombardi. More
