Easiest car purchas I saw the car online so I knew what I was looking for. I was just going to look at it and then decide.I sat with Joe and we went over the details and I saw the car online so I knew what I was looking for. I was just going to look at it and then decide.I sat with Joe and we went over the details and what I was comfortable with. He said he would run the numbers by finance and see if it worked. There was zero pressure for me to make the purchase. My credit is not perfect but in about 5 minutes I was approved and drove the car home that night! I am beyond happy, I got the car I wanted at a price I can afford. Joe was honest and easy to work with. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

I had something happen a few years ago and I ended up having my car repossessed. I had no idea that finding a car would be so difficult after that. I have been financing cars since 2002 and I was very surprised at the difficulty I was having getting a loan. All the dealerships that have commercials that promise they can get anyone a loan, bad credit no credit, they are all full of CRAP. I am a single mother who works full time and goes to school. I pay all my bills on time. I was hurt in 2012 which led to the downfall of my credit score. The way these dealerships treated me, you would think I was a bank robber who owed millions of dollars. My spare time is extremely limited, so when I would go and fill out the credit applications online, and be told I was "preapproved", I would expect to go into the dealership easy peasy. NOT THE CASE. I spent hours and hours at these places, and then they wouldn't even take the time to call me back! This was not the case with Old Saybrook Kia/Mazda. My heart was set on another car, but with my credit, they were having the same trouble getting me a loan. But they made something work for me. They were not going to let me go without getting me into a car. They treated like a HUMAN being. Fran was awesome, so down to earth, and told me exactly what I need to do to rebuild my credit. Heather, Dan, and Fran waited for my processing to go thru so I could leave with a car. We were there until 10 at night. Who does that? THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME! THEY CARE!!! I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. They were honest with me, which I appreciate. Kat was so prompt in getting back to me, and didn't harass me and flood my email inbox with artificial junk mail. There were a few minor repairs needed after I left with my car and Fran took care of it, no problem. They even gave me loaner car. These people are the REAL DEAL. You want to be treated with respect and courtesy, well look no further, this is your spot!! More

scam at its finest I was lied to on the phone to get me into the door. I travled 80 miles for a deal that never existed. I was told by the sales guy Josh that the woman i spoke to was a telemarketer and was "trained to lie" i spoke to every sales person there before leaving. All offered different deals and all of them said the previous offer wasnt accurate. I was told at first my payments would drop after 10 months. The finance department then said oh no you have to refinance. Nothing is guarenteed. How can you tell someone there payment would drop 59$ in 10 months if that is not guarenteed? They poorly attempted to sell me a 2012 car with 80k miles with an msrp of 17,000. Car was worth 9 grand in its best condition on EVERY source i checked. I have never been so upset to have been pre approved for a deal that never existed and then told a car is worth double its value. Unreal. Stay away. Do not waste your time or money. More

Don't bother going anywhere else they all lie and forget to disclaim their hidden requirements, this place is honest and will work with you! I have never owned a Kia and didn't even want one! Ironically enough, I now have a 2012 Kia Optima which I'm in love with and will purchase from now on! Every employee in there is nice, calm and welcoming!
