He kept me in the loop on progress, helped me claim insurance benefits to minimize my out-of-pocket, and did not try to upsell me like is so common at other dealerships. I'll definitely be back. We were greeted by Edgar - he was friendly, efficient, and represented KIA well. My aunt is 90 year old deaf lady and they treated her with the care you would want your family treated. Even though she lives in South Austin and oil changes are not free, we travel to this location for superior service. Edgar promptly arranged with Vardasha to have LYFT pick us up and we had lunch while we waited. Edgar called us promptly recommending a couple other items that needed attention. He was not pushy with his recommendations. By the time we finished lunch, the car was ready and LYFT picked us again.
