was not accommodated for anything. I spoke with multiple people that each had something different to tell me. I was told by one gentleman that i wouldnt have to pay for a specific service then ended up char people that each had something different to tell me. I was told by one gentleman that i wouldnt have to pay for a specific service then ended up charging almost $200 for that because i couldnt remember the name of the 6th person i had spoken with who mentioned they'd do it for free. They also were not updating me on the status of a part i ordered. I was also told they could get the part in two days then I ended up waiting almost two weeks! Unexeptable service. will not be returning to any of the kia dealerships if this is how they handle things. I was told they have been behind from being "bought out" and have received many unhappy guests, yet they did nothing to accommodate me or my needs. Treat people like humans and not dollar signs. Thanks. More
We always have the best experience when we get our oil changes. We don’t have to worry about them being dishonest or making us pay for something we don’t need. I was asked to come In because of a recall and I had already had this fixed. I even called you before I came in to confirm it was needed and they said yes. So I'm not sure if your system doesn't keep a already had this fixed. I even called you before I came in to confirm it was needed and they said yes. So I'm not sure if your system doesn't keep accurate records or if you just wanted me to come in so you could do other maintenance. At no time was I told that this was the same recall I had been in for less than a year earlier - until I looked at my receipt and it showed that history. I ended up spending quite a bit on other things - maybe they were needed but not necessary for me to reschedule my day and spend time there. That being said, the overall service was great. But this experience does make me wonder how trustworthy the dealership is. I will have to really think twice before I react to another "recall". More
