ESC light would not go off. Resolved my issue, and love the new building. Had to wait a while, but it was a nice area to wait in. Eugene was very attentive in keeping me posted. BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT/PARTS I took my vehicle into Capitol Kia for a tune-up in 2016, 2017 It was discovered the spark plugs were corroded. I had a new battery (at least it was I took my vehicle into Capitol Kia for a tune-up in 2016, 2017 It was discovered the spark plugs were corroded. I had a new battery (at least it was supposed to brand new) in 2016, before the end of 2017 it started dragging. Today it's DEAD! Called the service dept. to and the guy told me it has a two-year warranty but I will have to pay 100% labor to replace/install it. I've had it with KIA, if they think they're getting away with trying to pull something over me, I got news for them. Like I told the guy, I'm submitting my complaint to the Attorney General Office (Consumer Protection) against Capitol KIA. Why should I have to pay them more labor charges for their defective KIA factory battery? I should have bought a new battery from any local car part store it I'd known. More

We were ready to leave after vacationing in Austin when we noticed oil leaking under our Soul . Called our KIA dealership in Nebraska and got the number for KIA roadside assistance we got set up right away with Southwest KIA Austin and the tow truck driver arrived a little ahead of schedule. When he loaded our vehicle We joked to the driver asking him to tell the service techs to wash and vacuum our vehicle. We were kept in the loop through phone calls by KIA throughout the process . The vehicle was fixed quickly the oil cleaned off the underbody and they washed and vacuumed our car😳and provided a courtesy shuttle to pick us up to get our car. Totally recommend this place. More
We were there for an oil change on our Kia Soul. As we were bored, we went searching the new car lot to see the latest and greatest and prices! Marcus Benitez came up and told us all kinds of relevant inf were bored, we went searching the new car lot to see the latest and greatest and prices! Marcus Benitez came up and told us all kinds of relevant information about the safety aspects and extras you get with your Kia. We learned a thing or two, took a test drive in a hybrid Optima, and registered for the drawing. When we were finished with that, we went back to Service to find that they had cared for our car over and above! Great interactions with everyone there. More
Had an issue with a 6 year old Kia. Marcelo Rosales, Finance Manager, stepped in and made things right. Natacha, Service Dept, was also great. Made the 6 year old Kia run like new. RUDE.....didn't listen to my car concern....got me stuck all of 10 days for a broken off ignition key....my wife towed it to them, I told them I would send a locksmith over to remove the key but when he arr all of 10 days for a broken off ignition key....my wife towed it to them, I told them I would send a locksmith over to remove the key but when he arrived he found that their service department had everything unassembled and also rammed a screwdriver into the ignition and fouled it up....spent thanksgiving without a car and got nothing but bad attitude from a company that just DOESNT LISTEN to it's customers.....a totally lousy experience!!!! More
On two separate occassions I had service needs for my Optima (which I had bought elsewhere) and the timeliness and friendliness of the staff was superb.
