Great Service - every visit Your service department is the BEST we have experienced on any make of automobile. We were greeted by Edgar - he was friendly, efficient, and represented KIA well. My aunt is 90 year old deaf lady and they treated her with the care you would want your family treated. Even though she lives in South Austin and oil changes are not free, we travel to this location for superior service. Edgar promptly arranged with Vardasha to have LYFT pick us up and we had lunch while we waited. Edgar called us promptly recommending a couple other items that needed attention. He was not pushy with his recommendations. By the time we finished lunch, the car was ready and LYFT picked us again. Thank you for another great experience with KIA service Department in North Austin. More

Great Customer Service and Maintenance I recently moved to TX and my car needed an oil change, Arturo Silva was very helpful and friendly. I did not have actual appointments, due to the nature of my job and living an hour away, but they welcomed me as though I did have an appointment. Manny told me where stuff was, explained what needed to be done immediately versus needed to be done in the future, and made a list for me to take home. While waiting for my car, Manny discovered I regretted leaving my sweater in the car, but ZIP! Manny ran out and got my sweater out of my car and brought it to me. The hot chocolate awas ridiculously good! And I had my choice of waiting room couches, tables & chairs, or a re-charging station for phones & tablets. Very nice set up, exceptionally nice people, friendly salespeople in spite of not needing to buy a car. Manny was absolutely top-notch at explaining things to this tired old nurse! Yes, I will ne back and recommend to others! But, ask for Manny to help you! More

He showed enthusiasm for the brand and excited at the thought of bumping up to the more powerful V6. Ended up talking to Colby and the sales mgr (Derek) and again was never pressured by him. All rebates were shown up front and in about 10 minutes, I had the numbers in front of me. Not your typical back and forth negotiations which is quite frustrating and a waste of time. Great experience with Colby and manager. More
