My only compliant was the person answering the phone in the service department. She was rude, i gave her my number 3 times and sh continued to say i was not listed...when i repeated for the 4th time she fo the service department. I am from Dallas. While in Austin area my car lit up a check engine light. It had be less then a month that I was at my Mesquite Southwest Kia for a check engine light.
