I was asked to come In because of a recall and I had already had this fixed. I even called you before I came in to confirm it was needed and they said yes. So I'm not sure if your system doesn't keep a already had this fixed. I even called you before I came in to confirm it was needed and they said yes. So I'm not sure if your system doesn't keep accurate records or if you just wanted me to come in so you could do other maintenance. At no time was I told that this was the same recall I had been in for less than a year earlier - until I looked at my receipt and it showed that history. I ended up spending quite a bit on other things - maybe they were needed but not necessary for me to reschedule my day and spend time there. That being said, the overall service was great. But this experience does make me wonder how trustworthy the dealership is. I will have to really think twice before I react to another "recall". More

Overpaid, I mean way overpaid! 300.00 for a battery, feel 100% ripped off. I don’t care how many tests you did. Telling me the battery cost over 200.00 then charging for labor, explaining it was a special ba 100% ripped off. I don’t care how many tests you did. This was my first service appointment for my 2021 Sorento. From being greeted and told where to park to the (short) time spent waiting, everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and respectful of my Sorento.
