I have 2 Kia's which I typically have serviced at the dealership. My lease, issues began with sales and what they sold me on maintenance packages. My service advisor, Daniel, was not helpful or kind when dealership. My lease, issues began with sales and what they sold me on maintenance packages. My service advisor, Daniel, was not helpful or kind when I had question about that. There was a good couple visits for oil changes that I stuck around for. The most recent visit however, I brought in my other Kia for a recall. The appointment was made in advance, but I wasn't notified until hours after I was dropped off at work that the part was not even in stock. When I questioned why the part had not been secured for my appointment or why I hadn't been notified that it needed to be ordered, Daniel told me the part was not available by the VIN number. Then after that there were two parts and they had to see if they were bad, which I also pushed back on since it was a recall and I expected all recalled parts to be replaced. Daniel was audibly frustrated at my frustration and questioning on the phone, and did not even speak to me at pick up other than pointing me to checkout. Currently, I am still awaiting the ordered part. More
They go above and beyond for a Dealership. They not only have friendly staff but a clean show room and waiting area too. They work double hard to get your vehicle done on time and they try to save you money have friendly staff but a clean show room and waiting area too.
