Zero stars! Took my Sedona in for a couple minor warranty issues involving a sliding rear door and the 12v outlet. Service writers are always phenomenal to work with. Genuinely friendly folks who seem to truly enjoy being part of the KIA team. Love my KIA, but the previous two dealerships were just so-so to work with. Working with the North Austin KIA folks has been so delightful that I am far more likely to purchase another KIA someday!! Service was quick and I they arranged an Uber for me to go home and back while they did the work. They also let me know what other maintenance was due.
