I'm changing my view due to the professionalism and expertise of Mr. John Sheeks, Parts and Svc Director, who was put onto my case by the dealership GM. After a courteous and equilateral conversation, Mr. Sheeks saw opportunities to further train his staff, especially in customer communications. He also educated me convincingly to the point that I will bring my car to the Round Rock location to get a clean start on any possible issues. With that kind of good leadership, neither the North Austin nor Round Rock locations will let mistakes persist. More
