I took care of the wipers. Part of the problem was one was the wrong size. Technician could have just told me that and I would have bought one .

In addition to all that, the tires weren’t balanced for air (although the check was only for leaks), the car wasn’t washed, the inside wasn’t vacuumed… It was a bunch of little things. Maybe a staffing shortage? Understandable. I may do my future vehicle service myself.
