This was my first visit to the KIA N. Austin facility. I needed a 4 wheel alignment before taking a 1200 mile trip . While I was there the Service Advisor showed me a couple or other it Austin facility. I needed a 4 wheel alignment before taking a 1200 mile trip . While I was there the Service Advisor showed me a couple or other items that needed attention. The service was completed while I waited in a peaceful waiting room. I will make it a point to return to KIA N. Austin for future servi es on my Kia Soul. More
