It’s been 2-3 business days since my car was towed back to this dealership and zero contact from Brian Hall or anyone letting me know my vehicle made it safe and it’s being worked on for the 3rd time in 2 to this dealership and zero contact from Brian Hall or anyone letting me know my vehicle made it safe and it’s being worked on for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. This review can be edited but right now, it’s crazy after 2 previous visits and standing myself and my two kids after the second pick up of my vehicle being “completed” a third time back and no communication has occurred. You can only give a place second chances a few too many times before naturally you have to get frustrated and try to reach out in a different way to get an answer as to what is going on. I understand staffing and business in the industry but voicemails and left messages to a live person and just not a common courtesy to call someone after the experience the first two times especially the second time miscommunication you would expect correcting that mistake before making it again. Still hoping for something better once someone can reach out to me. More

This 2023 Sportage X-line is my FOURTH Kia from this dealership. The staff is always great, treating me like royalty.
