My experience with the service department was great. I dropped my car off and received a Lyft ride back to work and within a couple of hours my car was ready. A Lyft ride was arranged for me to come I dropped my car off and received a Lyft ride back to work and within a couple of hours my car was ready. A Lyft ride was arranged for me to come back and pick up my car. My service associate, Brian answered some questions about my Apple Car Play and he helped me reset some of the settings before I drove away. I am always very pleased with the service I receive at Kia of North Austin. Thank you for keeping my car in great shape!!! More
I had an 8am appointment for an oil change on 11/22/22 and Daniel Epstein was my Service Advisor . First, I came into Kia not really interested after test driving a pre owned vehicle that was not really my taste; However, after speaking with Nick M. (the salesman) who was really great when it came to ke driving a pre owned vehicle that was not really my taste; However, after speaking with Nick M. (the salesman) who was really great when it came to keeping the vehicle in my price range and his willingness to get the best price for me was seriously amazing! I was able to find the Seltos S that I decided on before the day was over with, which was a very big win for me after visiting many dealerships. Furthermore, the customer service was beyond my expectations as Nick was willing to negotiate prices and explain in detail what my car included. He also assisted with helping me set up my KiaConnect which I wasn't even aware of (very cool btw to control it on your phone) instead of just giving me the car and leaving me clueless on what's what. As a previous Toyota customer, I can proudly say that I am excited to be a Kia customer and hope to continue to be with them from now on! Once again, Thank you Nick for kindness and patience with assisting me on purchasing my new car! I know it wasn't easy but YOU made it happen! Thanks Kia Family! More
